My first time at Starbucks in many, many years. I frequent the local, non-franchise coffee spots and get the same thing every time. But I was in a rush, making a Kroger run, and decided to come here instead. Big mistake. Ordered my usual latte. Never have I ever been served a BURNT latte. Tasted like a straight up cigarette. Only took a few sips and had to dump it because it was that bad. Pretty much sealed the deal for me on avoiding Starbucks at all costs. You’re better off driving a few minutes up the road and supporting the local business’s. Better coffee, better atmosphere, better service. No burnt lattes. Yuck.

They refused to upsize my drink from a grande to a venti- I tried to upsize at the window BEFORE I paid and BEFORE my drink came out. SHONDRA or SHONDA refused my business and refused to give me her name when I asked- she said “Ella” ushering to the barista behind her and walked away from the window. I got my grande (was forced to take my grande because they refused to allow me to upsize to a venti) and left. Ella was polite- didn’t apologize but polite. I’m a reserve member and spend 3k a year on Starbucks I only have a problem at THIS Starbucks! Save yourself the headache and subpar experience and go to the Starbucks on Highway 9 and Holcomb bridge. I’ve complained several times about their poor customer treatment and lack of service especially from this woman she’s heavy set tall and African American and still no changes. I don’t know if shondra is her real name because she never wears a name tag

Trevor Boling and his rockstar team at Coleman Village have restored my faith in Starbucks. For years, I was anti starbucks and only vowed locally owned coffee shops, but after my visit at Coleman Village, I am, once again, a STARBEE. Literally a full blown addict, app downloaded, points accumulating, know me by name customer. I love the Brown Sugar Oatmilk Cortado with my favorite customizations and they never miss! It's taking all of my will power not to visit 2-3 times a day, especially since I drive past other locations to get to this one. I love good customer service and this team is exceptionally phenomenal. I've been gatekeeping this location because I want them all to myself but they deserve a 10 star rating.

Nicest Starbucks. I come here often. I had a family emergency and the staff was so wonderful to me. The girl with the cross earring lifted me up and the rest of staff too. After I got a call about my 10 year old son

I got a grande caramel crunch Frappuccino it is AMAZING it’s the perfect amount of everything! As for my double bacon egg and cheese sandwich it looks pretty good but I wish the bacon was cooked a little longer and there was more cheese. Aside from that everything was great!👍🏾
